The general purpose of these recommendations is to identify the best practices to guide the development of effective policies that reduce the number of traffic victims related to the consumption of psychoactive drugs, excluding alcohol.These recommendations intend to act as a starting point to facilitate the selection of measures in the decision of public policies, differentiating those related to regulatory regulation, surveillance and information management, among others.
